I am a visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster, where I have taught advertising theory to MA students, and an associate lecturer at the University of the Arts London, where I have lectured in creative writing to undergraduates. In the spring of 2006, I am working with a college affiliated to the University of Surrey to deliver courses on the language of advertising and business writing skills.

My professional training experience includes:

• The creation of a tailored course for the writing team of a leading home shopping channel, working to improve copy for the web and interactive TV.
• A bespoke workshop with an English-language marketing agency in Stuttgart, Germany.
• Copywriting training for a City Council’s corporate communications team.
• The delivery of numerous copywriting courses at the London College of Communication, helping delegates from commercial organisations, charities and government agencies to improve their creative output.
• Presentation skills training for postgraduate students at universities in London.
